REGISTRATION GUIDES


REGISTRATION RULES

1. This league is for any combination of club and recreational soccer players. Registration is focused at the team, not the individual player, level. However, we do offer individual player registration for those who do not yet have a team.

2. Teams may be comprised of club and recreational players as only one play level will be offered for each age division.

3. A player who registers through the Individual Player registration process will be added to a list of eligible players in their respective age division. Once enough players are registered in an age division to form a team, those players will be notified to complete their registration and pay their fees. The league will then form the team and choose the coaching staff. Please note: Teammate requests are not guaranteed as team selection is based on order of registration. In addition, a specific coach may not be requested, as coaches are assigned by the league for players registered through the Individual Player registration process.

4. Age divisions will be separated between boys and girls at registration. If there are not enough teams in one or both genders, teams may be eliminated and/or combined into one division. Coed teams will play in the boys division.

5. Age divisions will be separated into 10U, 12U, 14U and 19U based on the birth year of the oldest player on the team. Players may not play down an age division. The League reserves the right to require players to show proof of age in the event a player’s age is brought into question.

6. A player may play on up to two (2) teams per age division and must be rostered to each team within the Max Futbol system in order to play.

7. All teams must electronically form a roster on the Max Futbol website. For youths under 18 years of age, an electronic waiver form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian at the time of player registration. Youths 18 or older may register themselves and submit their own electronic waiver. No player may participate in this league without completing the online player registration process, including the completion of the electronic waiver form.

8. We emphasize the importance of planning ahead by making sure your roster contains enough players to cover for injuries, vacations, etc. Teams may roster up to a maximum of 14 players for 10U – 19U.

9. The $250 deposit paid at the time of team registration is nonrefundable. Please ensure you intend to register your team before committing to registration. 

10. Individual Player registration fees paid reserve a player's spot on one of the Max Futbol "house" teams and allow our organization to plan for the upcoming season and its expenses. Requests for refunds must be received in writing. Refund requests received within one (1) week of the season start date are eligible for a maximum of 50% of the registration fees paid. No refunds will be considered once the first game of the season has begun, regardless of whether a player's team has had their first game or not.
